Alexandra comes to IT Radix with her bachelor’s degree in Business Administration and her master’s degree in Management, both from Saint Elizabeth University.
At IT Radix, Alexandra works on a variety of projects for both the Marketing and Sales Departments.
At IT Radix, we have enjoyed the company of interns for many years. We have had interns during both the summer months and winter break. Our interns bring a fresh approach to our daily operations, and they are an invaluable resource for us, wearing many hats.

Will comes to IT Radix with an associate degree in Cybersecurity from Pensacola State College. Will has several years of experience working with electronics. His love for technology started when he was a child, taking apart broken VCRs and other family electronics at his dad’s urging.
Geraldo comes to IT Radix as a recent graduate from the College of Staten Island with a bachelor’s degree in Business Management. He brings with him over eight years of experience in various customer service roles.
At IT Radix, Geraldo is part of our Sales and Marketing Team.
Doug comes to IT Radix with a bachelor’s degree in Finance from Quinnipiac University and brings a plethora of experience to his role at IT Radix as part of our sales team. His background in sales, client services and new business acquisitions is a strong foundation that helps Doug educate potential clients on network/computer support and optimization, as well as determining the appropriate security solutions to best protect their business.
Bonnie comes to IT Radix with a bachelor’s degree in Business Administration from Pace University and a Master of Science in Teaching from Iona College. Bonnie is part of our Sales Team and has almost a decade of experience in IT business and sales development, including prospect research, cold calling and appointment scheduling.
Matt came to IT Radix with his bachelor’s degree from Pennsylvania State University and eight years of professional experience as an IT specialist. At IT Radix, Matt is affectionately called “Mr. Microsoft,” an expert on all things Microsoft related.
Anthony comes to IT Radix with his Associates Degree in Computer Science and Digital Media Technology from the County College of Morris. Anthony has over 10 years of experience in overseeing customer service teams and coordinating general operations.
Anthony is part of the marketing and client support teams at IT Radix.
Connell came to IT Radix with a Bachelor of Science in IT Technology from Montclair State University (MSU). Since he was a teenager, Connell was mechanically inclined and enjoyed fixing various items for family and friends. His “Mr. Fix It” status led Connell to work in the electronics repair field while attending MSU. He started out as a technician and quickly advanced within the company, taking on more responsibility and ultimately a managerial position.
